Throughout my twenties, I’ve spent a lot of time travelling, volunteering, and working across many countries, projects, and fields. As enriching as these experiences have been, I’ve often lived at a rhythm that was not my own, which eventually led me to experience an intense phase of anxiety, dissociation, and grief. Though deeply challenging, this chapter has become a turning point in my life, and nature has been the single most important thing helping me find my way back to my own pace. Learning to slow down alongside natural rhythms has allowed me to feel safe within my own body again.
This is why every practice I share is not only rooted in the ancient traditions I’ve been entrusted with, but also guided by the rhythm of the natural world. This space exists to share that process, to share the practices that have truly held me, with gratitude for being able to offer support to you, letting a soothing ripple effect extend outward.
I’ve been practising yoga for the past decade, exploring asana, pranayama, meditation, and more. Falling in love with how each aspect of this philosophy can support the mind, body, and spirit. About two years ago, I felt the desire to deepen my practice even further, and I spent over four months in India, travelling across multiple regions in the north and south, and living in different ashrams, each with its own traditions and approach. This immersive experience led me to complete my first 200 hour traditional Hatha Yoga teacher training at Ayur Yoga, an eco-ashram committed to sustainability and authentic practice.
While I’m excited to continue deepening my studies, exploring more traditions and modalities, my current teaching focuses primarily on pranayama, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. Online, yoga is often shown primarily as asana, which is why I feel drawn to share the subtler, more inward aspects of the practice. My purpose remains clear : to offer practices that soothe, help regulate the nervous system, and guide people into a slower, more embodied experience of life. Thus why nature continues to inspire and shape my teaching, providing the rhythms, softness, and presence that guide every ritual I share.
